A cosy 4-bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms, offering 4 fully furnished rooms for rent. Each room has its own individual key, as well as a practical desk to work or study. There is a comfortable living area and a full kitchen to be shared by all rooms. The apartment also has 2 full bathrooms, 1 of which is ensuite to Bedroom 4.
This interior apartment is located on Vi di Santa Costanza, in the neighborhood of Trieste. In approximately 10 minutes you can reach Villa Ada, the second largest park in Rome, and there is a metro station only 4 minutes away. The total floor area is 120 sqm.

What we liked the most
- The apartment has elegant parquet floors.
- 1 of the rooms is equipped with a double bed and a single bed, and the other 3 have double beds only.
- 1 of the bathrooms is very stylish, with retro style black and white tiles in both flooring and walls.
- The living area is spacious and very cosy, furnished with 2 vibrant red sofas and a dining table.
- The kitchen comes with all the equipment necessary for cooking, including an oven and a gas stove.
- There is a washing machine in the bathroom.
