A room is available in this immaculate pet-friendly apartment located on via Appia Nuova, in the beautiful San Giovanni neighborhood. The apartment comes fully furnished and is nicely decorated - you'll be sharing the bathroom with the landlord who also lives in the property. The apartment is very quiet and ideal for a student needing some peace to focus on their studies. The area of the apartment is 60m2 and it's located on the 4th floor, with interior views onto the courtyard as well as views on the street from the balcony. The area is extremely safe and has easy access to city centre where you can enjoy Rome's famous landmarks - and don't forget to have a taste of amazing Italian cuisine!
What we liked the most
- Various decorations add a personal touch to this apartment and give it a very friendly feel. The bedroom available is very colorful and is perfect for a female student.
- The apartment is very spacious and has wide hallways - perfect to store your bike! It also comes fully furnished, so the future tenant won't have to worry about bringing anything with her.
- For extra magic, the renovated shower has a rainfall effect shower head which puts regular shower heads to shame.
- The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood which makes it very safe, but it still has easy access to transportation system which will take you to Rome.
