You will sharing this property with a live-in landlord, a man in his 30s who works as a B'n'b manager and loves to garden and travel. The property is large and stylish throughout with classical and colourful decorations that give this place a authentic character. The living area is spacious and has plenty of seating space, including an armchair, a 3-seater sofa and a dining table that can seat up to 6 people, so this is the ideal space to socialise in. The kitchen is also a fully equipped, classically decorated room and has all the appicanes that you will need to cook up a storm, just the way an Italian kitchen should be. Through the kitchen you can also access a small yet sunny balcony, where you can sit out and enjoy your meals in the warm Italian summer months.
The property is located on Via Cesare Beccaria in Rome's Flaminio district. The property is really close to the River Tiber and Villa Borghese Park, so if you ever want to escape the modern pressures of city life, you don't have to go very far.
