This is a beautiful 1-bedroom, ground floor apartment near the centre of Rome with wooden floors throughout and lots of floor space.
The apartment opens into a large living room with a dining table, a partition for the kitchen and big TV, a double sofa bed and lots of floor space. The living room also has a large shelving unit on the wall, perfect for storage or decorations. The kitchen is very modern and has a dishwasher, oven, gas-stove, deep sink and lots of cutlery and crockery.
The apartment also has 2 nicely-tiled bathrooms. The first bathroom has a huge walk-in shower cubicle, storage and heating unit. The second has a toilet and the washing machine.
Finally, the bedroom has a huge double bed, a TV and a double-sized built-in wardrobe with shelves, drawers and hanging rails.
You'll soon find out that San Giovanni is a great neighbourhood with lots to do - including shopping and close access to the city centre.
