There is a spacious single room available to rent in this 90 m², 3-bedroom apartment. You will be sharing the eat-in kitchen and single bathroom with the live-in landlord. The kitchen is fully equipped and comes with a brand new gas stove. The bedroom's best feature is the private balcony.
The apartment is located in the residential Parioli district, but surrounded by high commerce streets. Just a few minutes' away you have banks, grocery stores, restaurants, and a popular bar, Devil's Chair. You also have clothing stores and a gym nearby.
What we liked the most
- The room available to rent is big and has a private balcony.
- There is both a washing machine and dryer.
- The bathroom is spacious with a bathtub and marble tiling.
- There is big storage closet.
- You are well-connected to other parts of Rome by bus, metro, and train.
