A room is available to rent in this stylish and spacious 2-bedroom apartment, on Via Marciano in the Corsica district. The large apartment has a gorgeous, contemporary design, and is completely immaculate. You will be sharing the common areas with the live-in landlord. Comprising a spacious open-plan living area / kitchen, and a big bathroom with a huge shower, the 110 m² is completely modern throughout, and will make a comfortable home for anybody as soon as they move in.
You'll be living close to both the busy Viale Corsica and, closer, the grass-and-tree-lined Viale Argonne. Both have lots of shopping, restaurants, and other amenities, so you'll always be well-supplied here. Politecnico di Milano is less than 20 minutes' walk from the apartment.
What we liked the most
- The whole apartment is immaculately designed and decorated, full of stylish contemporary touches.
- We particularly love the bathroom, which is very spacious, and has a very cool slate wall instead of tiles in the shower.
- The bedroom for rent is a good size, and has a massive built-in wardrobe.
- This is the ideal location for students, within easy walking distance of classes in Città Studi.
