Located a 12 minute walk from the Politecnico di Milano University, this 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment has four rooms for rent. This 95 m2 apartment offers a spacious, well-furnished home for tenants and is ideal for those studying in Milan, as the neighborhood, Citta Studi, is a student-centered one. The renovated property features colorful walls and amenities that contrast beautifully with the white paint. There are two shared rooms and two single occupancy rooms and common areas are the two modern bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen. There are tram lines within walking distance and the Milano Porta Vittoria train station is a 15 minute stroll.
What we liked the most
- The Polytechnic University of Milan is a mere 12 minute walk from the apartment.
- The apartment is renovated and features modern amenities.
- The kitchen comes fully equipped with a five element gas stove, oven, refrigerator, and a large flat-screen TV.
- All the rooms receive plenty of natural light.
- The property features bursts of bright color on the walls and amenities.
Things to keep in mind
- The rooms vary in type: two of the rooms are rentable by the bed while the other two are for single occupancy. Tenants are guaranteed to make friends with this apartment as their base.
