This 1-bedroom apartment for rent on Via Rubra is in a peaceful area. It’s located on the 2nd floor and there is an elevator if you don’t want to use the stairs. It’s quite a large space with tile flooring and lots of light. One of the best features is the large balcony that you can access from almost every room. The main living area has basic furnishings that include a sofa bed, dining table with chairs, and a shelving unit with drawers. The kitchen is not equipped, so you will need to bring or purchase cooking items and dishes. It’s large, though, and it has a gas stove and electric oven. The bathroom, which has a tub, is spacious and has a window to the balcony. The bedroom has a double bed and two night tables.
Labaro is a quiet residential suburb north of Rome. There isn’t a huge nightlife in this part of town, but there are a few nearby bars and restaurants. It’s a great area for those looking for a relaxing neighborhood outside of the city. If you have a car, the highway is nearby and can get you downtown in no time. The RMVT line will get you to trams, buses, and the Metro in less than half an hour. Otherwise, you can enjoy the beautiful green spaces all around. Marta Russo Park is a 20-minute walk away. The Villa of Livia archaeological site is 10 minutes away. Labaro is like a quaint little village. And at the heart of it, you’ll find a butcher shop, small markets, a pharmacy, and a post office.
What we liked the most
- It’s sparsely furnished, but the rooms are big.
- The balcony extends across the entire apartment and can be reached from three rooms.
- The neighborhood has a village vibe, which is peaceful and relaxing.
- You’ll find a grocery store just a few minutes away.
