This newly renovated 80 m², 4-bedroom apartment has bright rooms available to rent in Seville's gorgeous Casco Antiguo. You can choose from single-bed or double-bed rooms, but all come fully furnished and are quite spacious. There is an open-plan kitchen and living room furnished with a dining table and sofa. There are 2 large bathrooms to share – ideal for shared living.
The apartment is located in Seville's historic center located near the charming Judería (Jewish Quarter). Living here you will master the winding cobblestone streets which lead you to lively plazas where the the cañas (small beers) flow, the sun shines, and there is plenty of chatter. You have everything within walking distance, but also a bus stop nearby served by several lines.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is in the historic center but is brand new with modern appliances!
- All the bedrooms and the living room have AC – a necessity to survive Seville's sweltering summers.
- The rooms are all quite spacious and receive plenty of natural light.
- The apartment is in a great central location, and students are only a 15-minute walk away from the Universidad de Sevilla campus.
