The apartment is on the 5th floor and is a large space, with a balcony in the living room, which has views across the rooftops of the city. The living room has comfortable sofas and a TV. There is also a large room used for storage and laundry. The kitchen has a large fridge-freezer and lot of storage space, and oven, hobs, and other equipment. The laundry room has a washer/dryer combo.
Santa Cruz is very central in the city, and the apartment shows this, just a 10-minute walk from Prado de San Sebastian Metro (L1), which is next to Maria Luisa park, Seville's large central park, where Plaza d'España is located. It is also a 10-15 minute walk to Seville's main train station.

- The central AC has a control panel in each room that can set each unit to different temperatures.
- Huge American-style fridge-freezer with ice dispenser.
