This bright studio apartment on Via Alessandro Zanoli, in Affori Center, covers an area of 20 m² and comes well equipped to accommodate 1 tenant. The main room is furnished with a double bed, desk, and also offers a kitchen corner with all the essentials to cook. There is also a nicely tiled bathroom.
The apartment is located away from the city centre, in a lovely area that is well-connected by public transport to the rest of the city. Within a 10-minute walk you can access a pharmacy, supermarket, library, banks, restaurants, and all the essential amenities. The Politecnico di Milano Bovisa, Campus Candiani, is a 20-minute walk away.
What we liked the most
- There is good storage space for your personal items.
- The kitchen has a small fridge, microwave, and all the essentials to cook.
- There is also a washing machine so you can take care of your laundry at home.
- The lovely Park Parco Villa Litta is just around the corner.
- You can access trains, buses and the Metro within a 10-minute walk.
Things to keep in mind
- The apartment is on the 3rd floor with no elevator.
- The kitchen does not have an oven.
- The bathroom does not have a door.
