Featuring an air conditioning system, extra sofa and a comfortable double bed, this luminous 26m2 apartment is an excellent choice for professionals or couples, looking to live in one of the most charming area of the city. You will be living close to several restaurants and cafes, along with the picturesque Porta Ticinese dock. The apartment is well-connected with the rest of the city, making it easy to reach Universita Bocconi and Universita Cattolica del Sacro Cuore.
What we liked the most
- Although compact, the apartment has plenty of storage space.
- For added comfort, the sleeping area has an extra sofa.
- The large luminous window faces the quiet street.
- Nearby metro and train station allows easy access to other parts of the city.
- All utility bills are included in the rent, as well as weekly cleaning service, bed linen and towels.
Things to keep in mind
- The washing machine and the dryer are located in the common area of the building.
- The kitchen does not have an oven, however, a microwave and a stove are provided.
