Quiet interior studio apartment for rent, located in the area of Navigli, minutes from Porta Genova train and metro station. This peaceful apartment features a comfortable double bed and several storage units, including a spacious closet. Ideally located in the most charming part of the city, you will live close to several restaurants and shops. Tenants will also have easy access to Universita Cattolica del Sacro Cuore and Universita Bocconi, both reachable with a nearby tramway service.
What we liked the most
- Air conditioning is featured in the apartment, perfect for summer stays.
- The price includes all utility bills and tenants will be provided with bed linen as well as weekly cleaning.
- We love the bright bathroom, featuring a comfortable bathtub.
- The sleeping area has a comfortable double bed and a peaceful view of the courtyard.
Things to keep in mind
- Washing machine and a dryer are available in a common area of the building.
- The kitchen does not have an oven, however, a microwave and a stove are provided.
