Spotahome's opinion
In an historical building on the 2nd floor, this studio apartment to rent on Via Giovanni Rasori is fantastic for one or two tenants. What makes this space particularly great is the standing room balcony, which overlooks the courtyard, just off the open-plan main floor. There is a kitchenette with a small fridge and induction plate where you can cook up a quick meal, plus a 2-seat glass table and a comfy chair with an ottoman where you can relax and read or watch TV. The bathroom, which has a shower stall, is located on this level too. You can reach the mezzanine up a set of stairs, where there is ample storage space, as well as a double bed.
Pagano is only a 15-minute metro ride to downtown Milan, but you can also simply walk there, which will take you about 30 minutes. Nevertheless, you don’t need to go far from your apartment to find everything you need. Within 10 minutes from your door, you’ll find a supermarket, restaurants, a cinema and a theater, as well as tons of little clothing shops and others. If you feel like a bit of sightseeing, you can reach Santa Maria delle Grazie in 10 minutes and marvel at Da Vinci’s The Last Supper. Sempione Park is only a 10-minute metro ride away.

- The apartment is a 2-minute walk from the Pagano metro station, on Line 1, which can quickly take you to the center of Milan. This is also the location of a convenient bike-sharing station.
- Also within a 2-minute radius, you'll find two different bus stops. Pagano M1 serves route 61 and Via Guido d'Arezzo serves route 67.
- At Piazza della Conciliazione, in addition to the metro, you can catch the number 10 tram and the N6 night bus.
- It's only a 15-minute walk to the Cadorna railway station.
