This studio apartment on Via Giovanni Rasori is a fabulous little spot that’s ideal for two to three tenants. It's designed as an open plan space and gets lots of sunlight from a window with a courtyard view. The kitchen has ample storage and is equipped with a small fridge and 2-burner induction stove. The modern bathroom, which has a shower stall, is located directly off of the kitchen. There is a 2-seat glass table where you can enjoy home-cooked meals, and a comfy sofa where you can relax and watch TV—and which can also be converted into a queen-size bed. A staircase leads to the mezzanine loft with a low ceiling, a comfy double bed and extra storage space.
If you want to be close to popular tourist spots without sacrificing peace and quiet, Pagano is the place to be. This is a gorgeous residential neighborhood. It’s very well connected to downtown Milan by public transportation, but it has its own charm. There are some wonderful name brand shops just around the corner from the property. You’ll also find cafés, restaurants and gelaterias just 5 minutes away. Everything you need is within walking distance: pharmacies, banks and even a health club. On the weekends, you can head over to the nearby Guido Vergani park for a picnic or a stroll.

- The apartment is a 2-minute walk from the Pagano metro station, on Line 1, which can quickly take you to the center of Milan. This is also the location of a convenient bike-sharing station.
- Also within a 2-minute radius, you'll find two different bus stops. Pagano M1 serves route 61 and Via Guido d'Arezzo serves route 67.
- At Piazza della Conciliazione, in addition to the metro, you can catch the number 10 tram and the N6 night bus.
- It's only a 15-minute walk to the Cadorna railway station.
