Located on the second floor, this studio apartment on Via Giovanni Rasori is a contemporary home for two to three tenants. Through the front door, you’ll enter into an attractive open kitchen and dining area. It features a 3-seat glass top table, an induction stove with two burners, a small fridge and ample cupboard space. There is a full bathroom with a shower stall, and a warm and cozy living room with a large window overlooking a garden. It's furnished with a sofa, chair, flat-screen TV and stand, as well as a unique built-in coffee table. There's a walk-in wardrobe for storage. A staircase leads to the mezzanine loft, where you’ll find one double bed and one single bed.
Pagano is a pretty neighborhood, and if you’re looking to be off the beaten track, then this is certainly a good place to start. In reality, it’s only a 30-minute walk and a 15-minute metro ride to the city center, which is still fairly close. However, your apartment is in a largely residential area. It’s well-connected to the metro, so you’ll find it easy to reach all the popular sights that you want to see. If you enjoy shopping, you’ll be happy to find that Victoria’s Secret, Benetton, Sephora, H&M and other retail chains are only a 4-minute walk away. At night, you can catch a movie at the UCI Cinema just 4 minutes from your front door, or have a drink at the cocktail lounge a few doors down.

- Also within a 2-minute radius, you'll find two different bus stops. Pagano M1 serves route 61 and Via Guido d'Arezzo serves route 67.
- At Piazza della Conciliazione, in addition to the metro, you can catch the number 10 tram and the N6 night bus.
- It's only a 15-minute walk to the Cadorna railway station.
