The bright apartment comes with two shared bathrooms, a colorful living area, three bedrooms for rent, a fully equipped kitchen, and three balconies - one accessible from the kitchen, one from study/bedroom 2 and one from bedroom 3. Tenants will also benefit from free parking and all utility bills included in the rent, perfect for those on a budget. The nearby metro station can easily take you to the city centre and Termini Station in just a few minutes and the surrounding area is full of peaceful green spaces. The area of the apartment is 125m2.
