A room is available to rent for women in a comfortable, 80 m ², 2-bedroom apartment with a balcony situated in Rome's Furio Camillo area. This property has recently been renovated and is therefore clean, bright and modern. The living room is spacious and is connected to the kitchen, which is fully furnished with up-to-date facilities. You will be sharing all common areas with the live-in landlady.
This apartment can be found on Via Veturia in the lively Furio Camillo neighbourhood. The property is situated near 2 of Rome's main roads; Via Appia and Via Tuscolana, so you will never be bored here as there is plenty to see and do. This apartment is also well connected by public transport, Furio Camillo metro is just around the corner, and Roma Tuscolana rail station can be reached in under 9 minutes.
What we liked the most
- The apartment has a small balcony where you can do your laundry.
- The living room is spacious and decorated with fun posters.
- The bathroom has a heated towel rack - ideal for winter when towels refuse to dry.
- The bedroom windows are double glazed - you don't need to worry about noise or heat insulation in colder weather.
- Roma Tuscolana rail station is under 10 minutes away.
