This 3-bedroom apartment has a very bright and spacious room for rent. The apartment is fully furnished and fully equipped. The long corridor provides the necessary privacy and the classic decor to make you feel right at home.
The apartment is located in a great part of Rome, the San Giovanni-Appio Latino neighbourhood. Not only are there plenty of shops in walking distance, but if you need to go far you have all methods of public transport close by. San Giovanni is one of Rome's most charming neighbourhoods, lined with historical buildings and cobblestone streets.
What we liked the most
- The bedroom for rent receives plenty of natural light and the window is soundproof.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, oven, washing machine, table for 4, and TV.
- The bedroom is near the entrance, which provides more privacy.
- The apartment has a balcony connected to the kitchen.
- The location is extremely convenient, with plenty of shops nearby and easy access to public transportation.
Things to keep in mind
- The apartment is on a busy street, but the windows are soundproof.
- The shower is a bit small, but the bathroom has classic decorations.
- The corridor is used as a common area.
