Spotahome is proud to present a four bedroom two bathroom all-female apartment, located on via Trincea delle Frasche, in the charming neighborhood of Navigli. The apartment is bright and fully furnished, featuring fascinating fourth-floor views of the nearby square and the city in the distance. The tenants will be able to use a fully equipped kitchen with a balcony and a shared bathroom with a big bathtub. Bedroom number 4 also has its own ensuite bathroom with a shower. The apartment is located nearby plenty of transportation options and you will be able to reach the city centre without any issues. The area of the apartment is 120m2.
What we liked the most
- The apartment has easy transportation access to IULM and Universita Bocconi - a perfect opportunity for students.
- Three of the rooms have a fantastic exterior view of the nearby square.
- The bedrooms have plenty of storage, perfect for your belongings.
- The shared bathroom is very bright and it is equipped with a very big bathtub.
- The fully equipped kitchen has a small balcony with an interior view of the building.
- Navigli is a charming area full of canals and low-lit wine bars.
Things to keep in mind
