Two double rooms and one single room are for rent in a bright and silent three bedroom apartment with a floor area of 100 sqm. Each room is fully furnished including having a heating unit and good storage space. Shared amenities include a combined kitchen and dining room, one bathroom, wi-fi and a washing machine. There is also a doorman working on the building and available to provide assistance if needed. This lovely exterior apartment is located on via Trincea delle Frasche, right by Piazza XXIV Maggio in the centre of Milan. This area known as Navigli is considered one of the nicest in the city, with charming canals setting a romantic and chilled atmosphere which is enjoyed by locals and tourists alike.

What we liked the most
- All rooms have windows overlooking either the street or a courtyard.
- There is a shared kitchen where you will find a dining table with four chairs, providing you with a nice space to get together with your flatmates for a drink or a shared meal. This room has a small balcony overlooking an interior courtyard.
- Finding space to tidily organise your clothing won't be a problem, as each room has a wardrobe plus a chest of drawers or shelving unit.
- With two tram lines stopping a minute from the apartment, you will be able to access other areas of the city with ease and convenience.
- The large bathroom is beautifully presented with tidy white tiles. There is a bathtub and a hand shower.
Things to keep in mind
- There is no TV in the apartment at the moment, but the landlord is planning to attach one to the kitchen's wall in the near future.
- This apartment is exterior but it is located on a quiet street without much traffic.
