The interior of the property is bright, spacious and decorated throughout with modern furniture. The compact but well-equipped kitchen provides access to the balcony, and there are 2 complete bathrooms to share between tenants.
Navigli is a picturesque, canal-based neighbourhood, situated to the south of Milan's centre. Its historic architecture attracts locals and tourists alike, who flock here to enjoy the various bars, restaurants and cafés that suit all tastes and budgets. Bocconi University is nearby, and tenants can walk a short distance to reach Porta Genova train and metro stations.
What we liked the most
- This property is ideal for students as Bocconi University is 12 minutes away.
- The apartment is perfect for those who enjoy travelling, as Porta Genova train station can be reached in 12 minutes.
- There is a balcony in the apartment which is very useful in summer.
- The interior of the apartment is decorated with authentic floor tiling, and it has high ceilings which accentuate its spaciousness.
- Some of the windows look out onto the lively square below.
