This 5 bedroom apartment has a floor area of 140 sqm, and is superbly equipped with one modern bathroom, a toilet, central heating, wi-fi and a washing machine. There is also a fully equipped kitchen where you will find both an oven and a stove, providing you with a comfortable space to cook your meals and dine.
This interior apartment is located on Corso Vercelli, one of the most important streets in Milan, approximately 10-15 minutes away by public transport from the town centre, the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart and the University of Milan. Living in this busy street will provide you with easy access to all the services required to fulfill your every-day needs, with a range of banks, gyms, pharmacies, supermarkets, restaurants and shops situated within walking distance from the flat.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is tidy and well-presented, with easy to clean tile flooring throughout.
- All rooms offer plenty of space to store personal items, equipped with a wardrobe, a shelving unit and a chest of drawers.
- This apartment is located in a bustling street, but all bedrooms are interior and equipped with good quality windows, reducing the noise level.
- In the kitchen you will find cooking equipment and a table with foldable chairs which can be put away when not in use to free up some space.
- There is one fully equipped bathroom and one toilet with no shower.
Things to keep in mind
- There is no TV in the apartment, but within this lively area of Milan you will find plenty to keep you entertained!
- Bedrooms 3 and 4 are furnished with a single bed not a double bed (as mentioned in the video).
