This three bedroom, two-bathroom exterior apartment is located in the trendy Navigli neighbourhood which boasts a large array of restaurants, bars and cafes. There are three bedrooms to rent individually; the options are ideal for young professionals and students due to its good connections to the metro and tram systems and it is only a short walk to the Bocconi University. The large communal spaces, including the luminous living room with access to two balconies and dining space in the kitchen, give you an opportunity to bond with your new housemates. The spacious property measures 100 m2 in total area.
What we liked the most
- As an exterior apartment, you can enjoy access to two balconies from the living room.
- The living room is especially large and beautifully furnished. It even features a chandelier!
- The rooms are ideal for students of Bocconi University, as the institution is located across the street from the apartment.
- The apartment is located in the up and coming and definitely charming Navigli neighbourhood.
- At 100 m2 in total area, this apartment offers plenty of space for all tenants.
- There is extra storage space to keep all your belongings.
Things to keep in mind
- The apartment is not located in the city centre but it is well connected to the metro and tram system.
- Rooms 1 and 2 are shared rooms, meaning each bed will be rented out separately.
