Rooms are available for rent in this spacious and bright 6-bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. Each room is equipped with a double bed and a single bed, and can be rented by either a single person or a couple. The main common area is the modern kitchen, with all the usual appliances, and a dining table where you can enjoy a meal with your new flatmates.
The apartment is located on via Emilio De Marchi, very close to Naviglio Martesana, a picturesque artificial river featuring a pathway ideal for exploring by foot or bicycle. There are metro and bus stops situated close to the flat, and Milano Centrale is 20 minutes away.
What we liked the most
- The kitchen opens up to a small balcony overlooking a beautiful garden.
- Each room can accommodate 2 people, making them ideal for couples and friends looking for a shared room.
- The apartment is fitted with central heating, which will come in very handy during the cold winter months.
- There is a washing machine, located inside one of the bathrooms.
- There are 2 shared built-in wardrobes in the hallway, providing additional storage space.
- These rooms are a real find, as rooms accepting couples are hard to come by!
