Completely renovated and featuring modern furniture, the apartment is on the 6th floor and offers a quiet home for tenants. Though this is a 1 bedroom apartment, the 55 m2 property is well-distributed and consists of a spacious living room with a balcony, a compact kitchen, and a large bedroom with a double bed. The surrounding neighborhood is called Citta Studi and due to many universities being located in this area, there is a young population.
