Spotahome's opinion

Room to rent in 2-bedroom apartment with AC outside of the city center in the North of Milan. It is completely furnished with a spacious double bed, desk, chest of drawers, standalone wardrobe and shelving. There is a heating unit and a lot of natural light that enters in the room. The landlady lives on the property. Did we mention the lovely, lovely AC? Just checking :) The apartment has a fully-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and washing machine.

There are lots of tram and bus stops nearby, including a tramp stop on the same street. There are plenty of shops just across from the apartment, and there is also a supermarket and a pharmacy. If you want to escape the city and visit nature, you can go to the Bosco di Bruzzanno which is less than 5 minutes away on foot.

What we liked the most

  • The Bosco di Bruzzano and the Parco Nord Milano are two nearby green spaces which means you can live in a big city but still be close to nature!
  • Well-connected to tramway routes and bus lines.
  • Cleaning services are included in the price and your bed linens will be changed weekly - luxury!
  • Parking spots are scare in big cities like Milan but never fear, you'll have a place to park your car with accessible parking!
  • AC is installed in the property - perfect for summer.

Things to keep in mind

  • The landlord lives on the property but works during the week and on the weekends.

  • Bicocca metro stop, on the line 5, is a 20-minute walk and will take you to the center in under a half hour with only 1 transfer.
  • You can reach Bicocca in 5/10 minutes on the bus.
  • You can get to the Maciachini area using the yellow line.
  • Parco Nord is 10 minutes away from the apartment on foot.
