The apartment benefits from having a wonderful balcony with third floor views and tranquil views from its large windows. The tenants will be able to enjoy a shared, fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms, one equipped with a bathtub and one with a shower. All three rooms are fully furnished, featuring everything you might need to have a comfortable stay in Milan, whether you're a student wanting to live close to the university, or a professional needing an easy commute to the city centre. All utility bills, including cleaning of common and private rooms, are included in the rent. The area of the apartment is 100m2.
