Rooms are available for rent in a 5-bedroom shared apartment in Milan's Bande Nere district. The property comes with an equipped kitchen that has been renovated very recently. The large window in the kitchen leads to the spacious communal balcony that lets lots of natural light in and has a view on to the beautiful courtyard, giving you the perfect opportunity to enjoy the Italian sunshine without leaving the apartment. The apartment has lots of storage space, which will allow you to keep your house tidy and organised. All rooms are fitted with modern furniture and heating units.
The property is located on Viale S. Gimignano in Milan's Bande Nere district. In the surrounding area there is a post office, gym, supermarket, bank and plenty of cafés and restaurants, so you're never far from everything you need. The nearest metro station, Bande Nere, is an 8-minute walk from the property and is connected to the red line, making commuting very easy.
What we liked the most
- The new renovations that the flat has recently undergone.
- The spacious balcony that is perfect for socialising and making the most of the beautiful Italian sunshine in the hot summer months.
- Everything you could ever need is with a 10-minute radius.
- The property is very well-lit.
Things to keep in mind
- The beds are all noted as single beds but are slightly bigger than a standard single bed.
- Although there was no washing machine at the time of Spotahome's visit, one has since been installed.
- There is a maximum of 1 extra tenant allowed in this property. This means that if one room is shared by a couple, the other rooms may only be rented to individuals.
