This 4-bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms has 1 single, 2 double and 1 twin room for rent. The double/twin rooms can be rented by either a single person or a couple. This sunny interior apartment offers a nicely presented common room, where you will find a full kitchen to cook your meals and a dining table.
The apartment is located on via Emilio De Marchi, very close to Naviglio Martesana, a picturesque artificial river featuring a pathway ideal for exploring by foot or bicycle. There are metro and bus stops situated close to the flat, and Milano Centrale is 20 minutes away. The floor area of the apartment is 110 sqm.
What we liked the most
- The kitchen is fully equipped including an oven, a gas stove and cooking/dining accessories.
- Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a balcony, and there is another balcony with lovely garden views, which can be accessed from the kitchen.
- Bedrooms 1, 3 and 4 can accommodate 2 people, making them a great option for couples. Rooms accepting couples are hard to find, so no doubt these rooms will be in hot demand!
- Bedroom 4 has double bed and a huge storage unit, providing you and your partner with enough space to store your personal items.
- There are 2 shared bathrooms, and in one of them you will find the washing machine.
- All bedrooms have lockable doors.
Things to keep in mind
- There is no living area in the apartment, but you will find a dining table in the kitchen.
- The apartment doesn't have a TV.
