Rooms are available to rent in an 86 m², 2-bedroom apartment situated in Milan's Montalbino neighbourhood. This apartment is spacious and comfortable, and has windows that let in plenty of natural light. The property belongs to the landlord, who sometimes lives on the premises, but he goes away quite often and rents his room out when he is travelling. This apartment has a very spacious living and dining room which is connected to the balcony. There is also a fully equipped kitchen.
This apartment is situated on Via Fiuggi, a tranquil street that is located next to a park. The local area is quite built-up and residential, and you will find all you need in the way of shops, cafés, bars and restaurants nearby. Istria metro station is about 5 minutes away, and provides access to line 5.
