Spotahome's opinion
This is an ideal apartment for students as it is near two Milan's universities - Universita Bocconi and IULM. It has easy connections to the city centre with bus stations and metro nearby. This interior apartment is located on Viale Tibaldi and as it faces the interior courtyard, it is extremely quiet. The tenants will have access to a bathroom with a shower and a shared kitchen with a dining area where you can spend time with your flatmates. All three bedrooms for rent feature air conditioning and bedroom number 2 has twin beds. The apartment is located on the edge of Navigli, a popular and charming area full of parks and cafes. The area of the apartment is 70m2.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is close to both Bocconi University and IULM - it's a perfect choice for students wanting an easy commute. The Bocconi University can be reached by crossing a park - there's nothing like getting inspiration from nature before starting your classes.
- You don't have to use the metro anymore - there is a bus station near the apartment that will take you to every area of Milan!
- The hallway walls are yellow, creating a happy and warm atmosphere throughout.
- Every bedroom has an air conditioning unit to keep you cool during the hot weather.
Things to keep in mind
- The apartment doesn't have a living room, however, the tenants can spend time together in the dining area which is also equipped with a television.
