This spacious 1 bedroom apartment has a floor area of 70 sqm, and offers 1 bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 balconies and a large living area. This interior flat would be ideal for a couple, providing lots of space to move around and plenty of storage. It is located on via Romolo Bitti, approximately 5km north of the city centre and close to public transport, shops, supermarkets and restaurants. The neighborhood, Bicocca, houses the Bicocca University, located a 22 minute walk from the apartment.
What we liked the most
- The spacious living area is furnished with a sofa, a dining table and a TV.
- The bedroom is beautifully presented, and has direct access to a balcony.
- The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher.
- There is a ceiling fan and A/C in the living area.
- The apartment is interior and very quiet.
- Finding space to store personal items won't be a problem, as there is plenty of storage space throughout the flat.
- The bathroom is large, and has a bathtub.
- Bicocca University is a 20 minute walk, or 15 minutes away by metro.
Things to keep in mind
- The sofa in the living area can be converted into a bed.
- There is no conventional oven in the kitchen, but you will find a small electric oven.
