This large 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment on Via Giuseppe Bottelli, in Greco, spreads over 2 levels, covering an area of 100 m². The bright property has an open plan kitchen and living area with a dining table and sofa. There is also a balcony on each level as well as central heating and air-conditioning to keep you comfortable year-round.
The apartment is located in a well-connected area, close to trams, buses and the Metro. You will find a good selection of shops and restaurants nearby, including the Greco Shopping Mall, which is only 5 minutes away. The lovely Naviglio Martesana is a short walk away, and is a beautiful spot to enjoy a walk when the weather is good.
What we liked the most
- There are 2 modern bathrooms, one of which is ensuite.
- Both balconies have a range of outdoor furniture so you can sit back and enjoy some fresh air.
- There is a study area on the upper level, ideal to use as a home office.
- The kitchen comes with all you need to cook, and also comes with a dishwasher.
- The beautiful Giardino Cassina de Pomm park is a short walk away, right by the Naviglio Martesana.
- You are just 1 bus stop away from Bicocca Universitiy.
Things to keep in mind
- There is no oven in the kitchen, but you will find a microwave and stovetop.
