A sunny 2-bedroom apartment with a balcony and AC is available to rent near the Metro in Precotto. The property has a stylish living room, where you can relax on the sofa and watch TV, serve up a delicious meal at the dining table, or step out onto the balcony for some fresh air on a nice day. The kitchen has all the essentials, including an oven, a 4-burner gas stove, a microwave, a dishwasher, a large fridge-freezer, and a breakfast nook.
Both bedrooms are spacious and have lots of natural light, with either a double bed or twin beds. In the bathroom, you'll find a big bathtub-shower, as well as lots of storage space for all your things under the sink.
You'll be living in Precotto, a well-connected neighborhood to the north of Milan's city center. Here, you'll find lots of restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops to try. And, for anything you can't find around home, the nearby Metro will take you wherever you want to go!
