This 28 m² studio apartment with a double bed and 1-bathroom is for rent on Calle de los Tres Peces in Lavapiés. The double bed is located up a ladder, and there is a sofa underneath. This apartment also has a kitchen with a full-sized refrigerator and a 2-burner stove and it also comes with a big storage room, perfect to save personal belongings.
The San Fernando Market is within a 10-minute walk, and Real Jardín Botánico is within a 15-minute walk. There are also plenty of restaurants and shops nearby as well, so you don't need to go far for the essentials.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is close to public transport.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
- There is heating and AC to keep you comfortable year round.
- The Universidad Carlos III de Madrid: Campus Madrid - Puerta de Toledo is a 15-minute walk away.
- There is plenty of storage in this apartment with a large built-in wardrobe and shelving.
