Spotahome's opinion
This brightly-lit studio with great furniture is located near one of the most affluent neighborhoods in Madrid: the Salamanca district. This apartment is on the 1st floor with a doorman and is in a modern building with lifts. The bathroom is clean and tidy and while the kitchen is small, it is fully-equipped with all utilities. The bedroom/living area are together while the kitchen is separated which is great for cooking without having to sleep in the smell of last night's dinner! There is a large window letting in lots of light with views to the street, a large wardrobe, a double bed, dinning table, sofa and shelving.
Aside from its interior attributes, this studio is in a prime location with Madrid's famous Retiro park within a 5-minute walk. Retiro is always a good place to go for a stroll or simply to enjoy beautiful sunny days! Calle Serrano is a perfect place to browse for high end brands like Prada, Gucci, Rolex and Chanel. Plenty of shops and restaurants and bars are located in the area.
What we liked the most
- The big windows let in plenty of natural light that fills the studio.
- The apartment is located on a quiet street, but handy location close to major shopping destinations.
- It is located close to the beautiful Retiro park.
