The apartment is a luxury: from the affluent neighborhood in which it sits to the complete amenities, tenants will have everything they need. The shared areas of the apartment include the 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet, exterior living room, dining room furnished with 6 chairs, and a fully equipped kitchen. There is even a dishwasher and 2 refrigerators, allowing tenants the perfect balance between comfort, independence, and social life.
What we liked the most
- Located in the upscale neighborhood of Salamanca, this apartment has posh stores, top-tier restaurants, and transportation lines all within walking distance.
- There are 3 modern bathrooms to be shared among 5 tenants.
- The living room is very luminous and spacious: it is furnished with large, comfortable sofas and a wall-mounted TV. You will find plenty of seats in case you want to host guests.
- All rooms come with double beds and independent keys.
- Utilities are included in the rental price.
- There is a separate dining area with a glass table and 4 chairs where tenants can share meals.
- The kitchen has plenty of storage space and tenants will have use of 2 refrigerators, dishwasher, and an oven.
Things to keep in mind
- There is an interior patio where tenants can dry their laundry.
- The third bathroom only has a toilet and sink.
