The Ríos Rosas neighborhood is part of the larger Chamberí district, which is the most madrileño of neighborhoods. With plenty of bars and restaurants, as well as great transportation connections to the rest of the city, this area is perfect for those looking to live in an area with a residential feel, but having vibrant action when they want it. The area of the apartment is 90 m2.
