This single room to rent has a private bathroom and its own television. It is located in a three bedroom apartment also occupied by the landlords: a young couple with a toddler. You will be sharing a fully equipped kitchen, the washing machine and the living area.
The apartment is exterior, has a floor area of 90 sqm and is situated on Calle de los Artistas, in the neighbourhood of Tetuan. This well-connected area is close to Nuevos Ministerios train station and the Cuatro Caminos metro.
What we liked the most
- The bedroom for rent has its own television.
- Tenants have their own bathroom.
- Rent includes all bills, cleaning, towels and bed linen.
- The kitchen is fully equipped, including a stove, oven and microwave.
- Nuevos Ministerios is one of Madrid's most important train stations, enabling easy travel to other parts of the city.
Things to keep in mind
