Situated on Plaza Mostenses in the heart of hip Malasaña, this colourful 2 bedroom, 45m2 apartment is ideal for those who like to be in the centre of everything. Not only is Malasaña the perfect spot for quirky bars, restaurants and cafés, but it is in the centre of Spain's capital and therefore within walking distance from most other areas. The communal areas are designed in an open-plan layout, with a fully-furnished kitchen attached to the comfortable living and dining area. Bedroom 2 is a cosy interior room with a single bed whereas bedroom 1 is larger and features a double bed. The shared bathroom is furnished with all amenities necessary for a comfortable stay. Tenants can walk to Noviciado, Plaza de España and Santo Domingo metro stations which are all just 3 minutes away.
What we liked the most
- The interior of the property is stylish and vibrant to match the fun, quirky atmosphere of the surrounding area.
- This apartment is situated in Malasaña, one of Madrid's most coveted areas that is home to the best bars and vintage stores in the city.
- The kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine and a breakfast bar to alleviate the struggle of the early morning routine.
- The bedrooms are located on opposite ends of the apartment so tenants will not disturb each other at night time.
- The flat has heating so tenants will not be cold in winter.
Things to keep in mind
- The apartment does not have a dryer, so tenants can either hang their laundry from the windows or walk to a local laundry mat.
- The property is not equipped with A/C but both bedrooms have large windows to allow for the circulation of fresh air.
