There are beds and rooms available to rent to students and professionals in a 5-floor residence on the famous Calle Gran Vía in Plaza España. Tenants can choose from 6 types of rooms:

• Doble Basic Bronze (twin beds)
• Basic Bronze (single bed)
• Deluxe Bronze (double bed)
• Doble Confort Bronze (double bed)
• Deluxe Silver (double bed)
• Deluxe Plus Silver (double bed)

Some rooms have a mezzanine floor, but all rooms have an en-suite bathroom (for "Basic" rooms this is a shared en-suite) and come fully furnished with a bed, desk, standalone wardrobe, and AC.

Distributed among the 5 floors are a multitude of common areas such as 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens, a laundry room, and a cinema zone. The residence provides everything you may need to succeed in your work or studies, and have fun while doing it!

Calle Gran Vía is one of Madrid's most well-known avenues, lined with lots of shops and hotels. Within a 10-minute walk from the apartment you have a Primark, Carrefour Exporess grocery store, and a student-favorite, 100 Montaditos. You are also well-connected to the city by bus and metro, able to reach the Universidad Potifica Comillas ICAI-ICADE, the Hospital Universitario Clínico San Carlos, and IE Business School in about 30 minutes.
