Rooms are available to rent in a large 5-bedroom apartment on Calle de Francisco Silvela in Salamanca. The 190 m² apartment also has a spacious living room, 2 full bathrooms, and a fully-equipped kitchen. The living room includes a big sofa and a flat screen TV, and has a balcony with great views.
The apartment is in one of the busier, more interesting parts of Salamanca. You'll be close to all of the best (and most expensive) shopping that the area has to offer for when you want to treat yourself, as well as some excellent dining. There's a park opposite the apartment, and you'll find plenty of amenities nearby. Just head to Plaza de Manuel Becerra for groceries, banking, pharmacies, and more.
What we liked the most
- With 2 full bathrooms you won't be queuing in the corridor in the morning!
- The spacious living room looks cosy, and a great place to get to know your new housemates.
- For some controversial entertainment, head to Plaza del Toros. It's about a 10-minute walk away. If you would rather not see the bullfighting, you can just admire the building from outside. It's impressive.
- Like it spicy? One of the best Indian restaurants in the city is just around the corner. Tandoori Station. Check it out!

- Only the common areas and Bedroom 5 have central heating. The other rooms have individual electric heaters.
