This apartment is 40 m². It has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. An open-plan living room and kitchen. It’s minimal. Spartan. Clean white lines. Speckled-egg floortiles. New fittings. A big double bed.
A cleaning service is included in the price of rent.
You are next to Lavapiés neighbourhood. It’s a cool, multicultural place. There are lots of ethnic restaurants and cultural events here.
Move here to be near:
• Puerta de Atocha train station
• La Terraza de la Casa Encendida – a theatre in an abandoned factory
• La Reina Sofía art museum

What we liked the most
- It looks like a orbital space station inside: surgically clean with a white aesthetic.
- Modern furniture for modern people. Easy to clean, pleasant to use.
- The open-plan kitchen, living and dining area is big enough to invite friends round.
- The bedroom has a double bed and lots of storage space.

- The washing machine is in the bathroom (this is typically found in the kitchen).
