There are 4 bedrooms available to rent in this colorful and very unique apartment in Guindalera, near Avenida de América. Located just outside the city center, and close to the IE Business School, the area is well connected and great for students. Guindalera is quiet and mainly residential, however you can reach downtown quickly. The apartment features brightly painted walls and beautiful tile floors throughout. At 150 sqm, it has two complete shared bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, double burner gas stove, and washing machine. The living room is sunny and large, with a small balcony facing the street. All of the rooms feature twin beds and may be rented by couples. You are unlikely to find anything like this special apartment elsewhere!
What we liked the most
- We love all of the colorful, original touches. From the tile floors to the bathroom sinks, to the wall hangings, it is incredibly unique.
- There are two full bathrooms, so you will only be sharing with one other tenant.
- All utilities and WiFi are included in the rent.
- There is a washing machine, so you will save money on laundry.
Things to keep in mind
- There is no oven, however the kitchen is equipped with everything else you need to prepare a meal.
- There is no elevator in this building.
