This colourful four bedroom apartment to rent has affordable shared rooms to rent and is located on Calle Béjar, Madrid. The apartment has two shared bathrooms, and covers an area of 150sqm. The apartment features a stylish and brightly coloured interior, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room.
The living room, a feature of the apartment, is stylishly decorated and opens out onto a balcony. The neighbourhood of Guindalera and Fuente del Berro is one of the more residential parts of the Salamanca district, but you will still find plenty of shops, restaurants and cafes. This area is also close to the IE Business School campus.
What we liked the most
- The interior is bright and colourful, with a heap of Spanish style.
- All of the rooms are very tidy and stylishly decorated.
- The living room opens out onto a lovely balcony overlooking the street.
- There are several metro stops within easy reach of the apartment, so getting around the city is easy.
Things to keep in mind
- The kitchen does not have an oven, however there is a stove and a microwave.
- Bedrooms 3 and 4 are connected, and you need to walk through room 3 to get to room 4.
