This 80 m², 4-bedroom apartment has multiple rooms for rent, 3 of which come with their own personal balcony. The property is very spacious, with 2 long corridors, and has a lot of large windows keeping it sun-filled throughout the day. The apartment is very colorful and you can find international artwork and furniture pieces in every room. The shared areas are the cozy living room, kitchen, and 1 full bathroom.

The apartment is located on a pedestrian street in the residential neighborhood of Guindalera. This area is most known for being located near the Las Ventas bullring, but it also has 2 big parks nearby. You are very well-connected to the city, close to 3 different metro stations, including Avenida de América.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment is very spacious, very bright, and very colorful – a place that instantly makes you feel at home.
  • All the bedrooms have a balcony, except for bedroom 2.
  • Bedroom 4 is the largest bedroom with a sitting room, bedroom area, and a mini refrigerator.
  • The living room has a couch, dining table, large flat-screen TV, and balcony.
  • There is an extra storage closet in the corridor.
  • The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, gas stove, plug-in oven, and washing machine.
  • The apartment is located on a very quiet pedestrian street, but is within walking distance from shops, banks, and bars.

Things to keep in mind
