This modern and beautifully presented two bedroom, one bathroom apartment can comfortably accommodate up to four people, featuring a room furnished with a double bed and one with two single beds. The flat is equipped with air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, bed linen, a television, a washing machine and a kitchen with all you need to prepare your meals. There is also a charming living and dining area where tenants relax after a busy day at school or work. The apartment is located on Calle Jerte, in the neighbourhood of Imperial, near the Royal Basilica of San Francisco el Grande, the Palacio real and within walking distance to La Latina, Lavapies, Puerta del Sol and the Plaza Mayor. Madrid Río, a beautiful riverside development with green spaces and running and biking paths is only a short walk away. The apartment is interior and has has a floor area of 57 sqm.
What we liked the most
- The apartment has been recently renovated and has attractive polished wooden floors.
- The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking including an oven and a microwave.
- Both bedrooms can accommodate two people.
- The living/dining area is nicely presented, creating a welcoming space to dine, watch television or read a book in the sofa.

- The apartment is silent, located in a quiet area.
- There are air-conditioning units in the living area and both bedrooms.
- The walkaway by Manzanares River is ideal for exercising or going for a leisurely stroll on a Sunday afternoon.
- This is a pet-friendly home!
