A spacious, 43m2, 2-bedroom apartment is available to rent in the center of Madrid. The property has lots of space for tenants to relax, and it also has a sofa-bed in the living room. The kitchen has everything tenants might need, including a a toaster, a coffee-maker, utensils, a washing machine, a small electric stove, a microwave, and a large fridge. The bathroom is modern and clean, and it has plenty of storage space.
Madrid Centro is one of Madrid's most exciting, vibrant, and historic neighborhoods. Residents of Madrid Centro enjoy shopping on the famous Gran Via, meeting friends in the Puerta del Sol, and much more. Full of excellent restaurants, bars, nightclubs, and shops, the center of Madrid is the perfect place for anyone who wants to see and do it all in the Spanish capital.
What we liked the most
- There is a sofa-bed in the living room, which is perfect for guests or just relaxing.
- The property is centrally located, and it is within walking distance of Atocha Station and many points of interest in Madrid.
- There are nice wooden floors throughout the apartment.
- The apartment has an open living room / kitchen, which is nice for relaxing while cooking.
- Both bedrooms are spacious and have twin beds, which could be used individually or pushed together to form a double bed.
Things to keep in mind
