This 45 m², 1-bedroom apartment for rent has a country-style design with colorful walls and very stylish decor. The apartment is extremely spacious and is a perfect haven in the middle of a big city. The kitchen is fully equipped and spacious enough to have a small dining table. The living room is the biggest room in the house, and has a formal dining table and cozy couch corner. The bathroom is also completely renovate, and the green walls make it another place to relax.
The apartment is located in the City Center, or as the locals call it el Centro. The apartment is located in one of the best areas of Madrid between the Sol, Gran Via, and Seville metro stations. You have everything you can imagine within walking distance and can enjoy some of Madrid's best sights such as the Mercado de San Miguel and Retiro Park.
What we liked the most
- The bedroom has beautiful yellow walls, making it feel very cozy.
- The living room is extremely spacious and is furnished with a large L-shaped couch, coffee table, dining table, lots of shelving and storage, and a TV.
- The living room also has 2 small balconies, whose windows let in plenty of natural light.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, electric stove, oven, elegant dining table, a washing machine, and a lot of cupboard space.
- The bathroom is very modern with a large sink and a spacious shower with extra jet shower heads.
- The apartment is in the middle of the city center, but is located on a quiet residential street.
